I was a Licensed Massage Therapist , Pilates IInstructor & Certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher.

My approach as a tutor
is to Tune In to Your Mind Body & Soul to Inspire & Guide You to Get to Know Love & Trust Your Presence to Dance You.
My knowledge: I am. a life long dancer...Modern and Improvisational dance captured my attention.
I enjoy allowing my Intuitive Mind to lead my dance.
I started performing at 13 years old....and continued into my adulthood.
I then found West African Dance
My teacher is from Guinea , West Africa...where I went to study with him in 2007 to Be in their culture of drum & dance.
