I am an herbalist in training as well as a pre-med student. I currently work in a holistic pharmacy and have lots of experience talking about and recommending herbs and supplements. I have extensive knowledge around herbal products and formulas that are available.

Neurobiology, psychology, nutrition, plant chemistry, social dynamics, economics and politics all play into how we experience our bodies. I cite academic papers, personal experience and everything in between.
