About Cashira

I will do all it takes to make sure you have an understanding. I do not believe that everyone has the same learning style. I have multiple methods of teaching and I adapt to your learning style. I treat no two students the same. There is no one I haven't helped and turned things around for as well as built their confidence in the subject and in themselves. I work with all ages. I am passionate about my students' success and progress. I will challenge you for sure. But while doing all of this I will maintain a safe, judgment-free professional environment.

About the lesson

My lessons are Tailored for you. I am very versatile. I am very hands-on. I create visuals to assist with learning. Once I have taught the subject I create worksheets and we will do examples, once we have done those examples you have to finish the rest and we will go over it together. Once we have gone over it if you do not get 90% of them correct we will go back over it in a different style that time and continue to complete examples together. I will give you a short quiz to reassure you have retained and can apply what was taught on your own with confidence. Once you achieve a 90% or better we can move on. Once you come back for your next class I will start with a warmup on what was learned in the prior session to make sure you have retained the information before moving on. I love to make learning fun so we will do a lot of activities. I like to play the student and let you teach me.
