About Hien

Hi, I’m Hien—an educator and communications professional with over 10 years of experience across education, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and an MBA, and I’ve worked with diverse learners and professionals across Southeast Asia and Canada.

My background includes teaching, academic research, and leading communication and training programs at organizations like universities and global firms. I specialize in helping students and professionals improve their English for real-world use—whether that’s speaking confidently, writing clear essays, or preparing academic papers and theses.

I understand the challenges of learning and using English in international environments because I’ve worked closely with multicultural teams throughout my career. My approach is patient, structured, and highly personalized to your goals.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is student-centered, practical, and goal-oriented. I use a mix of communicative language teaching and structured guidance to help you both use and understand English. I bring a unique combination of academic expertise and real-world experience. With a Master’s in Educational Leadership, an MBA, and experience in research, communications, and international workplaces, I don’t just teach English—I help you use it effectively in academic and professional contexts.
