About Mahnoor
I am 18 years old and I have been powerlifting for over a 1 and a half. I have an interest in fitness as it has helped me with my mental and physical health drastically ( date: 19 March 2023 ) I currently bench 60Kg for a couple of reps, deadlift 150Kg and squat 120Kg at a body weight of 63Kg. Before I started to train I weighed around 85Kg and now I finally weigh 63Kg allowing me to affiliate with IPF and achieve first place in my weight category. I comPete regularly.
