About Rebecca
I am an Oakland University alum with a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature and a degree in French. I've been speaking Spanish for most of my life and have my translator's certificate. I'm an experienced tutor and coach. I worked in a Spanish speaking medical clinic for about five years. I have been a hired translator for several projects and businesses. I've run Spanish translating meetings and worked as a hired tutor for both children and adults.

I am very successful in molding my tutoring methods to accommodate and enhance our learning experience. My goal for my students is to push themselves, step out of their comfort zone, and most of all to become a Spanish speaker like me. I give homework, weekly assignments, tests and quizzes and applied readings all centered on the students comprehensive and memorization abilities. Practice is key. I can devote my time around work or school schedules. The student should expect to speak Spanish as much as possible during our lessons. I provide flashcards, selected readings, study guides, grading, spelling corrections, proofreading and other resources needed. I've tutored all ages and have a passion for languages.
