I am Ronak Singhania, a 2019 graduate from Indian Institute of Management Indore - a premier management school in India. I am a passionate academician enrolling for a PhD. Over my many years as a student and professional, I have displayed great understanding of concepts and have always strived to make the most out the situation.
I love working on challenges with enthusiastic students and sharing stories - I believe they teach us a lot more than we care to accept.

Teaching, I believe, requires 3 set of skills - technical knowledge of the subject, ability to clearly communicate the knowledge and equally important soft skills like motivation and patience. I have always strived to provide clarity on concepts to all the students I mentor and have been able to do that successfully in the assignments that I have taken up over the years.
My students have always displayed better understanding of core concepts and have been able to build on the strong foundations.
Provided an opportunity, I believe I will be able to make students more self-dependent.
Having been part of a set-up wherein cases and real life problem solving was used to teach, I believe in the same method. Having said that, a thorough understanding of theories and concepts is a prerequisite to using them for practical purposes. I focus primarily on concept clarity and understanding of application for the same.
