About Sarah
My name is Sarah, and I have a passion for inspiring people and sharing knowledge, promoting education has always been something quite important to me. I love to teach and enable students to love what they do also, not just to pass, as an interest in the subjects you do make learning and revision so much easier! Personally, I intend to take Physics or Mechanical Engineering at university, but at the moment I’m taking a gap year to self study A Level Maths and Further Maths, and take Business at college for a year. Gaining these extra qualifications won’t only make me better prepared for university, but also my self study allows me to share my first hand experience and advice to people doing the same, or who have to do it because of insufficient teaching at their school. Thank you for reading!

As a student myself, I have been through exams very recently and so I can relate to and therefore advise better on how to remember things, work things out, and understand the content you are taught. In the IB and my own research, I know my subjects to a bit more depth and so I can fill in the gaps in knowledge that is missing in GCSEs for example that really unlock understanding. As I specialise in physics, my approach to learning is different to strict memorisation, as I try and find routes of understanding that make sense in the context, and therefore is much easier for recall when needed. Doing the International Baccalaureate whilst working 2 other jobs has also given me more insight and experience in time management and finding the most effective and efficient revision strategies that will get you ahead of your GCSE, A Level, or IB class in no time. I have experience in working with SATS and GCSE level students mainly for mathematics and physics, and I’m available to do online or in person tutoring :)
