About Cal Maxwell
I study interior architecture at gwinnett technical college. I have always been a lover for sports. It comes very natural to me. Teaching myself rather than being train this sport has opened up a mental capacity that i didnt know was contained in me. I try to spread those values to people i meet especially my students. So they can be their best self not just physically but mentally.

Calisthenics is a mix between yoga and acrobatics like gymnastics. The sport trains your muscles on managing your body weight to best of your ability. Opening up space for a metal and personal growth as well.Depending on your end goal i will create a lesson, exercise or even a mean plan in the rate.
