My name is Jason like I’ve said I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 5 years now and I was a chef before that, I ran my own gym for the last 4 years which I have recently sold, I have an extensive experience when it come to training people for fat loss or injury recovery and even more when it comes to making up new forms of classes to make sure people sweat, it is a passion of mine to get people results
