I am a profesional physiotherapist, i will assess your physique & body type. According to that we will make a short term & long term goal. In short term goal we will achieve a fitness level to do all ADL ( activities of daily living ). In the long term goal goal we will achieve weight related goal/ physique / Muscle tone / Prevention of any injury related to age.
