About Scott
Being physically active and playing sports have always been what I’ve loved so Health and Fitness is what I’m very passionate about. Originally from the UK, football has subsequently always been a huge part of my life. Through this I have gained great knowledge in sports specific training while also developing an interest in an array of different training techniques. With the goal of turning my passion into my career, I studied at the New Zealand Institute of Sport in Wellington, attaining my Level 4 Certificate in Exercise.

As your trainer I will offer a positive and motivational outlook to best help you achieve your goals!
Our initial session together will be a complimentary consultation. This gives me the opportunity to understand your goals and needs whilst also going through a few health assessments. This information then allows me to create sessions and programs that are completely individually tailored to you.
