The instant gratification from completing a small task has a trickle-down effect by making the clients confident and happy to fulfill their larger fitness goals.
Communicating with the clients, always keep a positive attitude and a positive way of communicating. Simply having a smile on your face while talking with the clients is also a nice way to boost their self-esteem.

The methods will be according to your goals, it’s simply how you want to build yourself. As if the client is interested in bodybuilding totally depends on his body strength, the body era he/she has so that’s how it meeting to the expectations.
Talking about cross fit, it’s a functional free weight exercise including method which involves compound movements usually and working on your strength and stamina etc.
