About Hazel
Hi I'm Hazel! I love learning and would love to help others in their learning journey. With a final ATAR of 99.05 I was DUX of Australind Senior High School's 2024 graduating class. Although I have no formal tutoring experience I have helped countless friends and classmates when they needed assistance with their learning.
I am a big fan of math and chemistry and I believe a key part in being successful in any subject is enjoyment. I aim to use my positive attitude and my deep understanding of the content to show that anyone can be successful if they work hard enough.
I am looking to tutor year 11 and 12 students who are currently completing WACE ATAR for any of the following subjects: Mathematics Methods, Mathematics Specialist, Chemistry.

As a recent (2024) graduate, I finished school as DUX of my school, achieving an ATAR of 99.05. I have a very fresh understanding of the WACE ATAR curriculum for Math Methods, Math Specialist, and Chemistry.
Everyone is different, learning at varying speeds and in many different styles - due to this, I offer personalised tutoring sessions, tailored to my students' specific needs.
My deep understanding of the topics allows me to break problems down into easier chunks as well as to explain complex topics in simpler terms.
