My teaching approach focuses on active learning rather than memorization. I break down complex concepts into manageable steps, encourage students to think critically, and use practice problems to reinforce understanding. I adapt each lesson to the student's learning style and pace, ensuring they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring challenging topics!
A typical lesson begins with a review of previous material and any questions the student may have. We then work through new concepts together, followed by guided practice and independent problem-solving. I also provide study strategies, organizational tips, and exam preparation techniques to help students succeed beyond our sessions!
What sets me apart is my combination of academic achievement, research experience, and teaching experience. Through my work in AI research and leadership in coding education, I have developed strong communication skills and learned how to explain difficult concepts in clear and engaging ways. I understand what it takes to excel in challenging academic programs and enjoy helping students reach their goals!
My lessons are designed for elementary, middle school, and high school students seeking support in mathematics, science, computer programming, study skills, and academic enrichment. Whether a student is looking to strengthen their foundation, prepare for exams, or explore advanced STEM topics, I strive to create a supportive, engaging, and motivating learning environment where students can build both skills and confidence!
