I am a high school sophomore at Bentonville High School who is ranked third in a class of 816 students. I have been tutoring students on schoolhouse.world, a tutoring platform created by Sal Khan, creator of Khan Academy, for months, and I am one of the most active tutors on the site.

I teach mostly through practice problems, since it's important to apply your knowledge to real problems. I may give a student a few problems to do that they may have not seen before, and encourage them to solve the problem to the best of their ability. Then, I go over how to solve that specific type of problem and why. I make sure that the students understand the intuition behind the math, and not just how to crank out answers.
