About Lillian

I bring genuine natural enthusiasm into every lesson because I have always believed that energy and excitement are contagious and directly fuel real learning progress. My own path into teaching came from coaching youth sports before I transitioned into music, which shaped my belief in goal tracking, positive reinforcement, and celebrating every single win along the way. I deliberately built my studio around a genuinely upbeat encouraging atmosphere because I remember how discouraging overly serious rigid instruction felt during my own early musical experiences. Students often tell me my lessons feel more like exciting sessions they look forward to rather than a quiet obligation on their weekly schedule. Five years into teaching, I have refined a genuinely effective system of goals, rewards, and enthusiastic encouragement that keeps students motivated and engaged consistently over time. Nothing makes me happier than watching a student's face light up when they finally hit a goal we have been working toward together.

About the lesson

My lessons run on genuine high energy enthusiasm because I believe motivation and excitement drive faster progress than dry technical instruction ever could on its own. Every student gets a visual goal board tracking specific milestones with small rewards attached to celebrate reaching them whether that is a new note range or a fully learned song. I use upbeat music and enthusiastic verbal encouragement constantly throughout lessons because I have found that positive energy genuinely accelerates how quickly students absorb new technical concepts. Warm ups often feel more like energetic games than routine exercises keeping students engaged and excited rather than bored through repetitive drilling. I set short achievable challenges within each lesson so students experience frequent small wins that build genuine momentum and confidence session after session. Progress celebrations happen often and enthusiastically because I want students to associate singing with genuine excitement rather than quiet obligation or pressure. This energetic rewards based approach works especially well for students who thrive on encouragement and visible progress tracking rather than purely traditional structured instruction.
