About John
I am passionate about combat sports and martial arts and I have been practicing for 23 years.
- 3rd Dan (degree) Black belt in American boxing.
- 3rd Dan Karate Black belt.
- Former member of the French national team (WKA) of American boxing.
Multiple national and international titles won including:
- 4 times Regional Champion.
- 4 times National Champion.
- World Cup Winner.
- Winner of several international tournaments (International French Trophy, World Cup Pombo etc).
I have been giving private lessons for more than 8 years to people with a wide range of levels and objectives.

The course of the sessions will depend on your objectives.
Between warm-up, learning the technical basics and acquiring sequences during fights, I will guide you throughout your progression in order to improve your physical condition thanks to advice and tips on nutrition and on the development of a healthier lifestyle. Courses can take place at your home or outside in West Hollywood.
Let off steam, improve your technique and your physical condition, always in a good mood.
