About Sonia

DeROSE Method is a complete program for increasing vitality, managing stress and gaining focus. Its application promotes an increase in productivity and high performance in life. The DeROSE Method is a behavioral rehabilitation proposal that develops high performance and improves quality of life. It teaches techniques - which strengthen the practitioner's physical structure - and concepts - that improve human relationships, both in the personal and professional fields. Our method develops the ability to silence the mind and improve mental clarity. On the other hand, it will increase vitality and energy level, developing a healthy body that will contribute to an also healthy mind. Some of the tools we use are: meditation and focus, breathing techniques, stress management, strength and flexibility. The main goal is to develop high performance for any parameter of life.

About the lesson

She has a degree in applied mathematics and has always been passionate about life, nature and people. A sense of purpose led me to change my lifestyle, and in that learning I made it my mission, I pass it on to others, teaching 15 years ago.
