About David
I am a retired SAS (Statistical Analysis System), SPSS, PL/1 and FORTRAN computer programmer who has taken many education courses.
My degree is a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.) from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. While I was going for my B.S.C.E., I was simultaneously learning, in the evenings, towards a Bachelor in Jewish Education (BJEd) at the old Hebrew College, then in Brookline, MA. I had to leave Hebrew College when they made very major changes in philosophy, etc.
I am constantly learning new things in many, many subjects from other colleges and from the INTERNET.

ב״ה (G-d Is Blessed)
Each student, when being tutored, needs to have their own personal learning approach and techniques. Thus, their tutor must individualize their teaching approach and techniques. My aim is to get High School students to fully and deeply understand the material. I will not limit myself to mathematics, but will also help in other subjects.
I want ALL students to truly enjoy learning. However, I want to give them breaks, etc. when they can use them.
Most likely, there will be other students who have the same learning problems. I would like to make a web group and divide up the costs of tutoring among a few students--while making sure that each student gets the very attention that he/she deserves and that I address each student's own learning needs.
If the students are Jewish, I can teach them the basics of Judaism and Torah, with individualized learning in mind. I will start with their understanding of the adage by the third Chabad Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Lubavitch (זצ״ל--May the Memory of the Righteous One Be Blessed), "Think Good, and It Will Be Good." They will soon be able to teach their parents Torah (Judaism), which will make them feel good.
Here they are, students with learning problems, able to teach adults and other students. This will make them and their parents feel very good.
