About Christophe

Certified teacher, I touch a very different audience in his expectations for several years: general fitness, stress management, weight loss, bodybuilding, muscle tone or preparation for a physical test of military competition. As a Personal Sport Trainer, I help you define your goals and the means to achieve them, avoiding inappropriate postures.
