About Scott
I have a bachelor's degree in secondary biological education from Western Governors University and I teach biology and marine science in Tampa FL to over 200 students. I strive to build a connection with my students that helps me to best tailor my teaching to their learning styles. I firmly believe that anybody can learn, and that even the challenging material of biology can be made easy if the learning becomes a team effort between teacher and student.

I’m a full-time biology teacher in one of the largest school districts in the United States. I have some of the most competitive scores in the district over the last 2 years and work hard to make sure that my students have all the tools they need to achieve at the highest levels. I am confident that I can help any student understand biological concepts at a deep level.
