About Juliana
Hi there! My name is Juliana and I am a first-year at UBC. I started late French immersion in grade six and since then I have fallen in love with the language. I have tutored a few kids in grades 6-8 before and it was a really great experience that I would love to continue. My dream is to be a French teacher one day so tutoring helps me get one step closer! Besides French I love to dance- my favourite styles are Jazz, Ballet, and Contemporary- and I like cooking because whatever you make you get to eat!

I want to help you achieve your goals whether it be to get your first "A" in French class or be able to hold a conversation. I like to play games and do different activities to enrich the experience and also make sure that it is not a bore. These lessons are directed towards elementary students or high schoolers that have just started French and are having difficulty. What sets me apart is that I have just completed high school so, it was not to long ago that I was learning French. I remember what worked for me and what did not so, I can use that knowledge to help other kids learn this beautiful language.
