About Nila
I’m a high school graduate from Canada, getting ready to start university in the U.S.! I’m passionate about using my voice, whether it’s through public speaking, debate, or advocacy work with nonprofits. I believe in making learning empowering and engaging. In my free time, you’ll find me singing, reading, exploring new restaurants, or sharing a good laugh with friends. I’m excited to help students feel confident, capable, and inspired to reach their goals!

Teaching English to learners from non-English speaking countries is a passion of mine. As someone who learned English as a second language and now speaks it fluently, I truly understand the challenges, and that's why I make my lessons practical and engaging. I make learning fun with games, songs, and movies, while also being mindful of each student's unique learning style. I'm open to working with learners of any age, as I've had experience teaching both older and younger students.
