About Kleis
I am a recent graduate from the IB programme living in London and will be studying General Engineering at King's College London as of next semester. Throughout my two years of DP I have tutored many peers and found this a fun way of learning more about the subjects I enjoy. I was able to support many of them in achieving their academic goals in terms of predicted grades and got a lot of positive feedback from them in return. For this reason I wish to continue teaching IB candidates in the future, as I know from experience that a good tutor can make a big difference when it comes to approaching the DP!

My teaching consists of teaching material (this includes explanations of concepts) and also problem solving from past papers. My personal revision strategy has been to familiarise myself with the approaches to answering questions, both mathematical and text answers, to logically explain my thinking. I practice this with my students by having them explain to me how and why something is how it is, helping them along the way where they get stuck. This has proven to be a successful method of becoming familiar with concepts and gain a deep understanding of them.
