About Chris
Hi there! My name is Chris and I am currently a high school student in Calgary. I'm proficient in Math and Science, however I am open to other subjects including Language Arts and Social Studies (Up to Grade 10 level subjects). I have taught youth in martial arts for about 5 years and I'm moving to academic tutoring in order to expand my skills.
In terms of my own personal achievements, I earned the "Top Academic Award" in 2022 by Foundations for the Future Charter Academy and I was my school's champion for the Waterloo CIMC Math Contest.

I will pace your lessons to fit your needs by spending more time on areas of growth and reviewing new material throughout your lessons.
I follow the "I do", "We do", and "You do" process to help you gain a better understanding of methods to solve a problem. I'll take as much time as needed to help build firm foundations in your academic journey.
I believe learning in person is more effective, however, I am willing to tutor online as well!
