Math, I believe more than any other subject, helps instill grit and a sense of accomplishment. My goal is to build a deeper sense of understanding through questioning and increase self esteem by bridging the gap from what is known to what is still developing.
I have a degree in psychology a minor in mathematics and my professional teaching certification in South Carolina. I have taught at my current school for 4 years and volunteered as a mentor and coach for 2 years prior to teaching.
