About Dean
I am a skilled and experienced mathematics educator with over 31 years of teaching experience in Alberta and international schools. I have taught the full range of high school courses in the Alberta Program of Studies, including Math 10C, Math 20-1, Math 30-1, Math 30-2, Math 31, Math 31 IB, and Math 35. My career includes leadership roles as a department head in both Alberta and IB World Schools, as well as work as a mathematics learning coach supporting instructional improvement and assessment practices. I bring a clear, engaging, and student-focused approach, helping learners build strong mathematical understanding and confidence while achieving their academic goals.
