About Lance
I have tutored in science and math throughout my college career. Now I am a high school science teacher and dedicate my time to helping kids learn math and science. There is a quote by Ernest Rutherford that essentially says if any scientific theory can't be explained to a bartender, it's not a very good theory. This is why I find joy in my job as being a science communicator. Helping people understand the natural world was a natural career choice for me.

The lessons and advice I give leave you with real world applications so you can realize the big picture for learning this curriculum. My goal is to make your educational journey easier and more inspiring. I remember how frustrating some of the concepts in math and science were when I was a college student working a full-time job and supporting a family. I got through it and you can too. I am here to help you.
