About Maya
I am one of the top students in my high school, and I can help high school seniors and below who are looking for help in math (up to pre-calculus) , english, writing, biology, history, and spanish. I scored a 1410 on my SAT and I offer SAT tutoring. I have worked as a professional tutor for kids in grades 3-6 for the past four years and I have volunteered as a tutor for kids in grades k-8 for the past 6 years. I also have experience teaching ESL students and ELL students.

I am a senior in high school, and I offer help in math (up to precalculus), english, writing, biology, history, spanish, and SAT help as well. For solely academic help, my teaching method is to identify the areas the student is struggling in, and then go over those concepts or topics and really explain it in depth, and I will help the student and guide them through the problem. For SAT tutoring, my teaching method is not just taking online courses, but giving personal advice and tips for getting a high score, and also helping the student understand any topics on the practice SATs that they had trouble with.
