About Lorelai
I am a high school student who loves math, reading, and art. I also love to swim! I have job experience and have been working at my local pool for the past 2 years. I would like to go to college and pursue a degree in Finances/Business when I graduate.
As a student and an athlete, I’ve learned how to balance schoolwork, sports, and other commitments while staying organized and keeping up with my responsibilities.
I’m creative, resourceful, and I love helping people learn. :)

I focus on helping students understand the process behind a problem rather than just giving them the answer. I like to help them understand the "why" and "how" of math. I walk them though the problem but also give them the chance to do the work and learn. I explain concepts step-by-step to make sure they understand the material.
I can help with homework and test preparation. This includes reviewing difficult topics and working through problems that a student may be having trouble understanding, so that they are prepared for an assessment.
I’m willing to work with students at different skill / age levels and can adjust the pace based on what they need.
