About the lesson
The lessons I teach are for students who want to take College Prep or AP (Honors) Biology in high school. I can focus on certain topics and teach in different ways that I think will most benefit my student. A typical lesson plan will include an advanced teaching on these main concepts: cells, evolution, cell division, DNA, RNA, protein synthesis, Krebs Cycle, cellular respiration, photosynthesis, and genetics.

Hi, I'm Amaya! I'm currently a high school student attending Saint Agnes Academy. My favorite subjects are math, English, and science. I love teaching people so much that I even taught a summer school when I was only in the seventh grade. Even though I may be young, I can explain concepts to children because I know how they would learn best. I am very flexible and would be willing to optimize my lesson plans and curriculum depending on how a child learns best. My ultimate goal when tutoring is to help children to love learning and be successful in school!
