About Faith
I am currently a Junior in high school. I am in band and marching band where I play the flute. I got the award in 9th grade for best in math and have finished the past two years with 100% as my final grade. In freshman year I was able to help someone in my honors math class, who was really bad at math, understand everything we were learning. I am my friends' go to for math help and I have helped someone who was failing their math class.

My teaching method tends to adapt to whoever I'm teaching. The first thing I try is to explain what we are doing, then I go step by step through a practice problem with them, asking what they think the next step is so I can see what they are doing wrong or don't understand before explaining what the next step, before I have them attempt a problem on their own. If they are still unable to understand, I change how I word my explanation until we find one that clicks.
