About Isaac
I am a high school football player at Phoebus high school who loves working to taech younger athletes how to play the games as well as teach technique to improve their game. I love helping young athletes because when I started playing the games no one was there to tell me how to do certain things.

About the lesson

I will go over the techniques in a step by step then half speed then let them go in full speed. Then if they need more practice we will keep gong over it multiple times. I will also put in disapline if they get out of conduct and if they are doing it good and mess up they have to do either push ups or up downs.
