Perfect! Alesia was very good at targeting our first lesson to find out where I was and to correct some of my poor hand shapes and gestures. I think she was excellent and very friendly. I very much enjoyed our first lesson.

Perfect! Alesia is a fantastic tutor who really helped me understand BSL placement and prepare for my BSL exams. She had super helpful resources showing shapes which we went through together to practise signing different types of objects or structures.

Perfect! This was my first lesson with Alesia and it was fabulous! She taught it all in BSL and helped me understand. She used chat occasionally but her pre-prepared materials were structured and good. We also were able to chat a bit at times which made it feel more natural and relaxed. I felt I could learn this language after all. I am an older student and was worried I would be too slow to learn. I am going deaf and so I really need to learn. I feel so encouraged. I will book more lessons straight away.

Perfect! You pretaught me a lot of vocabulary for the Signature Level 3 video in the first lesson, but I didn't realise you were doing that, so I thought it strange you were teaching me / checking those words, but of course that was useful.
I have done that video before with a previous teacher, but some time ago. He did a LOT of Signature Level 3 videos with me. I think he didn't do the 2 most recent videos with me.
I'd like to have another lesson as soon as possible because I'm unemployed and it would be fantastic to pass the Level 3 receptive. Before the summer break seems unlikely, but just in case... I realise that if I've seen a video before that has been fully explained to me, it will be much easier. You can see I really have a problem with finger spelling receptive skills.
When are you free to teach me again ?
