About Sanjay
I am a experienced and nationally accredited lecturer and practitioner with over 25 years experience in good UK university business schools depicting excellent results customising the tutoring to suit the individual. Continuing relevant research/publications which further aids the experience offered.
I obtained my PhD in Lean from Aston University. I am the author of various articles published in reputable international journals alongside two books and have presented at various international conferences. This includes numerous as key note speaker.
Recognition includes most commended award for my research on “culture” in the “International Journal of Lean Six Sigma” and winning national awards for my research by the Institute of CI Public Sector in 2014 and 2015 consecutively. Besides being a peer reviewer of seven international journals, I am a Editorial Board Member “for the “Journal of Applied Continuous Improvement.” I am a fellow of the “Institute of Continuous Improvement in the Public Sector” and the “Chartered Quality Institute.”

I tutor / lecture on undergraduate courses but focus on masters and PhD levels adopting varied teaching methodologies to suit different learning styles. The feedback is that I am very approachable, adaptable but remain results focussed for the student involved.
Despite being an academic, my existing f/t role ensures that the relevant practitioner skills are bot valid and at the cutting edge. This provides a good blend of both camps which the students have always greatly acknowledged.
