Hi, I’m Tiffany Candioti. Thanks for reading more about the private yoga services I offer.
• Private Yoga in your home or office

Office or Workplace Yoga Class for Employees
(Includes Yoga Mats) $200
Private Yoga classes are customized for your needs. My clients have developed flexibility, strength and worked through recovery from injury or surgery. Private yoga can also help you gain the confidence to go to group classes at the yoga studio or gym.
Tell me your goals and your health history and I will design classes to help you reach your goals.

Students have improved shoulder mobility, hip flexibility, core strength; achieved balancing poses, splits and yoga push-ups; and reduced stress and anxiety through yoga and meditation. I am also able to work with your physical therapy routine to help you graduate from PT to a safe yoga practice.

Wedding Party, Baby Shower, Mothers Day, Father’s Day. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like yoga for a loved one, family member, a group or team. I work with wellness coordinators, HR, family members, apartment managers, wedding and event planners to plan the perfect yoga class for the special day.

I have extensive experience teaching 1:1, private yoga, having taught over 600 hours of private yoga lessons in addition to my hundreds of hours teaching group classes and over 25 years of experience with yoga.
