I am Yoga Alliance Certified and teach yoga at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine. I will teach you basic yoga postures, breath and listen to your goals. This will be fun, interactive and peaceful. My lessons are for Beginners to Advanced, and I am prenatal certified!
