About Sudiksha
As a second-year business student with a profound desire to share knowledge and make a positive impact on others' lives, I find myself drawn to the world of ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). Through my academic journey in business, I have discovered the immense joy of connecting with people, fostering learning, and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
My academic pursuits in business have equipped me with essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. I have learned to analyze complex scenarios, devise strategies, and work in diverse teams. These experiences have instilled in me the confidence to approach challenges with a positive mindset.
My desire to work in the ESOL field is fueled by my belief that language is a powerful tool that opens doors to endless possibilities. I envision myself guiding students on their language-learning journey, helping them overcome language barriers, and instilling in them the confidence to communicate effectively in English. Moreover, I am enthusiastic about incorporating innovative teaching methods and technology to make the learning process both enjoyable and impactful.

Virtual field trips: Taking students on virtual tours of English-speaking countries, famous landmarks, or cultural sites. With the help of online tools like Google Earth or virtual museum tours to create an immersive language experience.
Digital storytelling: Encouraging students to create digital stories using tools like Storybird or Book Creator. They can incorporate text, images, and audio to showcase their language proficiency and creativity.
Online debates and discussions: I'm going to organize virtual debates and group discussions on current events or interesting topics. This approach will not only improve language fluency but also foster critical thinking and argumentation skills.
Collaborative projects: I'm going to assign group projects that require students to work together online, collaborating on documents and presentations. This will help develop teamwork and communication skills.
Also interactive quizzes and games will be conducted.
