About Andrew
With 11 years of experience as an ESL tutor, I have worked extensively with High School and College students, helping 150–200 learners develop strong English communication skills. My teaching philosophy centers on making learning simple, structured, and meaningful.
I believe that students learn best when lessons are clear and connected to real-life situations, so I use practical examples, discussions, and guided practice in every session. I also focus on creating a supportive and motivating environment where students feel confident to participate actively.
I understand that every learner is different, so I customize my lessons based on individual strengths and areas for improvement. My approach helps students not only improve academically but also become confident speakers.

My ESL teaching methodology is based on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I believe that learning English should be engaging and useful in real life. As a mentor, I guide my students with patience and care. I understand that each student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit their needs. I create a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning.
I also emphasize accountability by setting clear goals and tracking progress. I provide regular feedback and encourage students to stay consistent. Along with ESL, I teach related subjects to support overall development. My goal is to help students become confident and independent learners.
