About Geeta
Hello! I’m Geeta Sharma, and I’ve been teaching for over 25 years, a journey filled with thousands of lessons, countless students, and the joy of watching each one grow in confidence. Teaching, for me, is more than just a profession, it’s a calling. I believe that language is not only about words and grammar, but about connection, culture, and expression. My goal is to make Hindi a language you don’t just study, but feel and enjoy using every day. Over the years, I’ve taught school students, from different backgrounds. My teaching combines strong academic structure with a warm, patient, and encouraging approach. When I’m not teaching, I love reading, exploring Hindi literature, and discovering creative ways to make learning simpler and more meaningful for my students. With over 25 years of teaching experience, I believe that every student learns best when they feel understood, encouraged, and genuinely engaged. My approach to teaching Hindi goes beyond textbooks, it’s about helping students fall in love with the language and use it confidently in real life. My Teaching Techniques & Methods I blend traditional grammar-based learning with modern, interactive methods like storytelling, short conversations, real-world examples, and cultural references. This helps students not just memorize, but truly understand and use Hindi naturally. For school students, I focus on strengthening fundamentals and exam writing skills; for adults and beginners, I emphasize pronunciation, fluency, and confidence in speaking. Class Structure Each class begins with a short revision or recap, followed by a concept-based lesson and then practical application through exercises, dialogue, or short writing tasks. I also include fun quizzes, short readings, and creative activities to make learning enjoyable. What Makes My Classes Unique - I adapt my lessons to the student’s individual pace and goals. - I share easy tips to remember grammar rules and vocabulary. - I create a supportive, judgment-free space that builds confidence and curiosity. - I include small doses of Hindi culture, idioms, and expressions so students connect with the language emotionally, not just academically.
