About Bernie
I have acquired (2) Yoga certifications on top of my own individual studies ranging from yoga, tai chi, meditation, and general fitness. I also lift weights, run, play basketball, and have a great knowledge of music and philosophy.
I have been teaching since June 2nd, 2013 and have loved the journey of being a teacher. I like to incorporate many styles of yoga into one to find anything that will be of use for physical & mental health. My main point of pride is my ability to make yoga accessible to beginner's and intrigue advanced yoga students.

My 2 approaches to yoga are Teddy Bear B or Captain America B. We will determine what is needed on the day, but also, what the goals for your practice are short & long term.
Sessions will always involve physical practice, meditation, and breathing techniques and a safe, welcoming, and playful space.
At the end of the day, yoga should be something that you look forward to doing that allows you to feel a youthful spirit while progressing seriously through your journey.
