About Suman
I'm Suman born and brought up in Delhi. A passionate person who finds comfort in the pages of history. I've spent almost a decade learning and teaching history. I did my graduation from Delhi University which is well known in Delhi. I've done MA in history honors, Qualified NET examination for PhD, Attempted UPPCS examination as well. Moreover, I've a good experience in teaching as well. I've taught in school for around 6 months and nowadays I'm helping students by giving them coaching. I help financially poor students as well by providing them education at a reasonable price. To conclude, I can assure students that I'll teach in a way that they will start to take history as an intriguing subject not a burden, they will understand the beauty of our history. The struggle which people have gone through to provide us freedom, sense of security and belonging. 'History is not just about our past - it's the map that guides our future.'

As a teacher I'll be using different interactive methods to make the class more fun like occasional quizzes, crosswords, active learning etc. My usual structure of a class will be - basic introduction about the topic. Then in-depth study about each topic with the help of my handmade notes in the form of a PDF. Moreover, when the chapter is done we'll be revising the chapter by methods mentioned above and I'll be providing a cheat sheet (one-page crisp notes). My special features as a teacher are that I'm passionate about my subject, I can make sure that whoever is taking my class will enjoy it, as my class will be so engaging that a student will learn something new every time and bring history to life. My class will be intended for school and college level. At the end that was all about my approach as a teacher to make classes not just about cramming the subject but it will be more than that, students will enjoy, will see history as a part of life not as a burden.
