About Sam
As someone working in education for over ten years, I have successfully helped a number of students to reach their academic goals.
Currently teaching history (my speciality) to students in secondary education, I am informed of current exam board requirements, and am well practiced in preparing students for their history exams, whether it be GCSE or A-level.

My lessons will cover the basic knowledge, demonstrate how to apply this knowledge to an example question, and then help the student to attempt the question themselves through the application of a three stage teaching framework.
As a current teacher of history in secondary schools, I am up-to-date with the latest changes to exam board papers and requirements (including both GCSE and A-level), and have access to a vast range of resources. I also graduated in history from university with upper second-class honours.
The lessons I teach will generally be one hour in length, and will be suitable for ages 11 - 18.
