About Conor
I have a BA Hons in history from Lancaster University and have taught English as a foreign language for years. I'm looking to use my understanding of teaching to teach other subjects with excitement and joy.
When I'm not teaching, I'm acting, performing stand-up comedy, or spending time with interesting people. I believe in laughing and learning.

"History is bunk" -Henry Ford
History isn't everyone's favourite subject, but it is my goal to inspire enthusiasm in my students for it. Whether you take no interest in what happened in the past, or you're an avid reader of history but need to develop essay skills, I aim to make you relish your chance to study history and leave you feeling curious and excited. After all, when you're curious and excited, you're much more likely to learn about a topic, regardless of what it is.
Let's look at sources both primary and secondary and build the narratives that help us process the past, whilst delivering great essays.
