About Alex
Studying history has been a passion of mine since a young age, and I have dedicated much of my life to studying the field. Not one area of history fails to intrigue me, and I find preserving knowledge of the past to be incredibly valuable. With great teaching, I was inspired to take my study in history to a higher level, and I hope to inspire other students of history to do the same. My aim is to study History at PhD level and teach at university level.

Hi, I am Alex and I tutor History at GCSE, A Level and Undergraduate level. My sessions range from 30 minutes to an hour. My teaching will focus on essay and exam writing techniques, analysing historical sources and teaching historical topics and themes in depth.
I have just completed my bachelor's degree in History at Queen Mary University of London and will continue to specialise in History at postgraduate level at University College London. I mainly specialise in Modern History but also have experience in both ancient and early modern history.
