About Scarlett
I am an intermediate-year history student at the University of Cambridge offering tutoring up to A-Level standard. I have just finished Part I of my undergraduate degree with a first-class average, and have grades A*, A*, A at A-Level in history, english literature and economics respectively. I am also happy to offer support for university applications, including admissions assessments and interview preparation.
I have previous experience tutoring an A-Level student, as well as having offered support to students during the process of their university applications.

My lesson structure will focus around consolidation for exam preparation. In order to make this more enjoyable, I will often suggest some reading around a subject that we can use as a point of access into discussion, and to avoid revision becoming too repetitive. Furthermore, before exams, lessons will focus upon finessing essay structure and exam technique, ensuring tutees can use the material we have covered as effectively as possible.
