About Ignacio
- First year at Florida State University, majoring in History, minoring in philosophy, on a pre-law track. - Born and raised in Miami, Florida - prior teaching experience with kids ages spanning elementary to high school through both tutoring and coaching. My passion for history runs deep, and I’ve always found joy in sharing that enthusiasm with others. As a tutor, my mission is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to make history engaging, relatable, and enjoyable. I aim to foster curiosity and confidence in every learner I work with.

My teaching methods and techniques focus on furthering the student's understanding of the content and their retention of the content. A tutoring session would consist of: - Reviewing the content the student is struggling with - Answering specific questions that the student may have about the content - Have the student take handwritten notes during review and questions - Have the student recite the content to me in order to have them further retain the information. What sets me apart: - Attention to detail - individual focus on each student My lessons are from elementary to AP level history courses
