About Tom
I am a second year History student who is at the acclaimed Russell Group Cardiff University. I achieved a high 2:1 in my first year aswell as getting A's in both GCSE and A Level History. I have a general knowledge of all areas of history and because it is my degree, I am surrounded by history daily.
I do not have endless list of qualifications which may seem impressive to the naked eye. What I do offer however is someone who is a down to earth, normal guy who can easily relate to students across all backgrounds. I have the required qualifications, interests and passion to deliver my criteria of getting a student to over exceed in their targets whilst learning with a smile on their face.

Hello my lessons have 3 objectives for my students: to over exceed their target grade, to enjoy history more than they did before they met me, and to have fun. Not only do I offer the typical knowledge and passion of a History undergraduate but I ensure that my students are learning within a positive atmosphere and with a smile on their faces. Also because I am at university I am easily able to relate to students due to the small age gap, consequently it will be easier to form a close professional relationship which is vital to succeed. And this is without mentioning my capability of public speaking comfortably and my people skills.
