Hi! I'm a 3rd year dental student at Cardiff Uni, who tutors privately the side (I have 2+yes experience) and works for Explore Learning. I love working with kids/teens and helping them achieve those lightbulb moments and experience success and the satisfaction of doing well in an exam - just as I experienced.

30mins to 1.5hours per session (first sesh free!). I vary my lesson structure depending on the individual and their needs. If there's a specific topic they'd like to cover I will plan my lesson around that or can otherwise go through some past exam questions to gauge what they make be struggling with and work on that. I will share any tips and tricks I learnt to ace A level and GCSE exams. Happy to go through homework feedback as well, and help them with what they didn't understand. I also like to increase their extra-curricular knowledge, if that's what they want, to give hollistic and more varied learning experience.
